2. The form of compensation for the case stated in point number one is a reshipment of the same product/refund excluding the shipment fee. Please note that damage is most likely caused by shipping carrier and the 2nd shipment will be our final compensation for the damage, we will not be sending a replacement item in case it is damaged again.
